Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in a human services field. 24 months or more experience in the provision, and/or monitoring of intervention, prevention, and/or treatment services for individuals with mental illness and/or substance use needs. OR Bachelor's degree in a human services field. 48 months experience as indicated above. Human services field includes the following disciplines: Social Work, Psychology, Criminal/Juvenile Justice, Special Education, Sociology, Speech Education, Rehabilitation, Counseling, Speech Pathology, Audiology, Nursing, Physical or Occupational Therapy, and any related academic disciplines associated with the study of Human Behavior, Human Skill Development, or Basic Human Care Needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Works with the CCBHC director on an ongoing basis to develop and refine goals to support process and outcome improvement for CCBHC's statewide.
• Maintains CCBHC documentation via electronic documents and ensure files are up to date and accessible along with if follow-up is required.
• Works with consultants to facilitate training and technical assistance (TTA) calls and webinars with providers and work to disseminate CCBHC training, guidance, and other communications in a timely manner.
• Attends scheduled CCBHC work groups and meetings to support the work of the CCBHC director during meetings, training and other high priority tasks on an ongoing basis.
• Works with the CCBHC Director to update the CCBHC Manuals, policies and other communications on a quarterly and as needed basis.
• Coordinates and facilitates monitoring, compliance and certification visits and desk review for CCBHC's on a as needed or yearly basis to ensure integrity of CCBHC services.
• Coordinates all CCBHC meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, attendee communication, and documentation.
• Ensures the CCBHC webpage is kept current with CCBHC material on an ongoing basis.
• Collects and inputs all CCBHC data reporting elements for yearly reporting to CMS and SAMHSA.
