PART TIME superintendent/ Foreman needed for custom home building and residential remodels in Athens, AL

Residential general contractor - new construction and remodels

Working mobile to monitor progress of the sub contractors through company provided software

Approving PO #'s to pay subs

Attending daily morning meeting via telephone, as well as brief jobsite visits to monitor performance and ensure efficiency.

Job is likely ideal for retired/semi-retired journeyman/contractor.
