We have been retained by our client, a growing Commercial General Contractor in the Mobile, AL area, to find a Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
Duties:
- Oversee the entire construction process and ensure completion according to client specifications
- Plan and monitor construction activities for workforce throughout project
- Responsible for project financials, contracts and documentation
- Act as the company liaison for the customer
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction or related discipline is preferred
