Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team at Ridge Child Development Center. This role is responsible for leading a preschool classroom, supporting early learning, and creating a safe, engaging, and structured environment where children can thrive.
Our program offers a balanced blend of play and academic learning, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about helping young children grow socially, emotionally, and academically during these foundational years.
Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a comprehensive, developmentally appropriate curriculum
  • Teach foundational early learning skills, including early literacy and math concepts
  • Support children in developing social, emotional, and self-help skills
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and structured classroom environment
  • Use a variety of instructional methods and hands-on learning techniques

Qualifications

  • Meets State of Oregon childcare teacher requirements & current CBR enrollment
