Liquor inventory.Maintain budgeted food and beverage cost.Involved in increasing bar sales.Produce cost effective specials.Liquor ordering
Handle cash transactions, comps, or voids, and amounts of cash in drawers.Enter all invoices.Create bartender schedules.Keep marketing material current.Menu spec compliance.Knowledge of Health Inspections.Understand the Ecosure goals.Display good judgement.Understand Specific Measurable Achievable Relevant Time-bound (SMART) goals.Maintain a positive attitude and professional approach to coworkers and customers.
