Position Summary

The CBO Team Lead is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to assisting a Central Business Office (CBO) Supervisor and CBO Manager/Director in revenue life cycle management.

The Details
  • Perform lead duties in CBO areas, such as Cash Application, Accounts Receivable, and Billing
  • Train colleagues on policies and procedures. Provide orientation for new colleagues.
  • Assist CBO Supervisors/Managers in process management
  • Assist colleagues with implementing CBO initiatives
  • Assist colleagues with problem resolution
  • Schedule department work and assign tasks
  • Provide input to Supervisor about colleague performance

Education/Credentials
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Some college or specialty training in revenue cycle or equivalent job relevant experience preferred JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE
  • Customarily has at least two or more years of accounts receivable and medical billing experience Concentra is a national health care company focused on improving America’s workforce, one patient at a time.
