CBH Homes is seeking a dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and dynamic environment, where you can grow your skills and advance your career.

As an HVAC Service Technician at CBH Homes, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on residential HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC industry.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • HVAC License or willingness to pursue Journeyman status.
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems including troubleshooting and repair.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Dependable, punctual, organized, and professional demeanor.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry heavy equipment safely.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain an organized work vehicle equipped with necessary tools and parts to efficiently complete service calls.
