Strong teamwork, resilience under pressure, and adaptability are critical soft skills in this demanding role. These abilities ensure operational effectiveness, safety, and cohesive unit performance in dynamic and challenging environments.

What are cavalry?

Cavalry refers to soldiers who fought on horseback, traditionally used in warfare for their speed, mobility, and ability to charge enemy lines or conduct reconnaissance. Historically, cavalry units played a crucial role in battles by disrupting infantry formations and pursuing retreating forces. Today, the term is sometimes used more broadly to describe modern armored or mechanized units that fulfill similar roles with vehicles instead of horses. Over time, the function and composition of cavalry have evolved with changes in military technology.
