Job description

Customer Service Representative

We're looking for Customer Service Representatives in our Bemidji, Devils Lake, Fergus Falls, Jamestown, or Milbank offices. In this role, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping answer questions, resolve concerns, and support service needs while making sure customer information is handled professionally and with attention to detail.

This position requires complete, accurate, and timely customer service, so strong critical thinking, organization, and written and verbal communication skills are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft products and the ability to learn and use multiple systems is important, and experience in customer service, accounting, and marketing would be beneficial. You'll be a good fit if you enjoy helping people, solving problems, learning new systems, and being part of a team that supports customers every day.

This position will report to a Customer Service Manager.
