Ingram Content Group (ICG)is hiring for an Catalog Integrity Specialist to contribute to our team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville. The Catalog Integrity Specialist ensures that new titles and accounts coming into the global Lightning Source and Ingram Spark catalog meet our Content Integrity guidelines and follow account best practices. You'll coordinate and action new account automated set ups, vetting and activation for Lightning Source and IngramSpark accounts as well as vetting of titles in the global LS and IngramSpark catalog. You will monitor and analyze the integrity processes improving the quality of our catalog, and -inform the team of new trends or changes in relevance of rules and best practices. You'll work as part of the Catalog Integrity team to ensure that processes are kept up to date and make suggestions of changes that might improve the catalog. Additionally, you will work with Sales, Legal, Catalog Operations, Client Support and digital to preserve a globally relevant catalog of content.

Required Qualifications:
  • College degree or directly related year for year experience
  • 2 years work experience in customer service, sales, retail, or publishing

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensures account quality via fraud mitigation and use of 3rd party fraud prevention applications and tools.
  • Maintains established Content Integrity Guidelines for the Lightning Source/IngramSpark catalog.
  • Works with sales and client services to ensure quick and accurate processing of accounts and titles.
  • Maintains the account and title quarantine work benches as a part of the team's daily activities.
  • Communicates directly with clients to validate account or title information, when needed.
  • Works directly with sales and supervisor to evaluate new opportunities that have significant catalog impact.
  • Maintains any partner specific reports necessary to handle large content submissions.
  • Utilizes internal tools including AI tools for catalog analysis

Hiring Salary Range: $22.17- $27.48. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and bilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
