Role Definition
Manages the accountable reporting process, ensuring the integrity of financial information and the delivery of insights that drive business decisions across the organization.
Responsibilities
• Lead the monthly profit center reporting process, ensuring accurate allocation, consolidation, and analysis of financial results to support executive decision-making across business segments.
• Assist in the ownership of the Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management (EPCM) system, including data validation, journal entry oversight, allocation ruleset management, and profit center mapping.
• Prepare and deliver executive financial reporting packages, scorecards, variance analyses, and performance insights for senior leadership, including monthly business reviews and executive office reporting.
• Own Products segment reporting for CFSC's Form 10 Q and Form 10 K filings, including key disclosures, financial analyses, and supporting documentation for external reporting.
• Manage financial controls and compliance activities, including SOX reporting requirements, financial analytics reviews, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead and develop the Financial Reporting team through coaching, performance management, knowledge sharing, and process leadership to ensure high-quality execution and employee growth.

Summary Pay Range:
$118,860.00 - $190,176.00
