This opportunity oversees the Bingo and Pulltabs operations at Mystic Lake Casino and ensuring all guests have a memorable experience. Enjoy weekly pay, free uniforms, and health benefits.
Job Overview: Supervises the staff and daily activities of the Bingo and Pulltabs floor operations to ensure game integrity, revenue maximization and high guest service standards. Assigns tasks to teams and ensures supplies and assets meet operational standards. Maintains an awareness of federal, state, company and departmental rules, regulations and objectives to ensure proper reporting of cash flow.
Elevate & Thrive: Key Responsibilities
  • Supervises daily operations. Includes assigning team for daily work schedule and cash banks, ensuring all equipment is in working order, verifying and issuing pulltab/bingo inventory for the day, generating and verifying cash receipts, and maintaining an inventory of supplies.
  • Engages in and promotes positive guest interaction. Answers inquiries from guests and resolves concerns. Ensures guests and team members are informed of special promotions and events.
  • Assists in interviews, selects, hires, and promotes team members. This includes training, developing, performance management, disciplinary actions and assists with terminations.
  • Monitors team member activities to ensure compliance with all procedures.
  • Verifies and reconciles daily sales, inventory and variances. Prepares sales, variance and shift reports.
  • Enters daily Bingo/Pulltab winners into computer database. Oversees pay-outs over a prescribed amount as required by law. Prepares reports as needed for large payouts.
  • Maintains the order and cleanliness of the Bingo Floor and Pulltab areas.
  • Oversees CTR/SARC for department and ensures proper compliance through the monitoring
  • and reporting of Title 31.
  • Follows all procedures pertaining to key control in order to assign proper keys for the needed shift
  • Performs as Bingo/Pulltab Shift Manager as needed.

Job Requirements:
Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school graduate or GED.
  • One year of Bingo/Pulltab operations or related gaming experience.
  • Must pass basic math and strategy test.
  • Basic computer skills
