Job Description
Cage Cashiers are responsible for the redemption and sale of coins, and chips to customers to create a pleasant gaming experience. Always maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude. Having complete knowledge of all events and promotional activities and facilities available to guests. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to providing excellent guest experience are key aspects of this role.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for processing guest transactions, accurately managing financial transactions including handling cash, and answering guests questions in a courteous and professional manner
  • Responsible for accurately counting and recording assigned funds and making exchanges of funds throughout the shift
  • Assuring that you are delivering guests with extraordinary experience
  • Keeping cash drawer balanced and impressed
  • Verifying and documenting personal identification information for check and cash advance transactions
  • Completing CTRs, W2Gs, and MTLs
  • Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Proficient in English verbal and written
  • Proficient with iOS devices
  • Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Read, write, and understand complex instructions and appropriately complete all necessary documentation.
  • Communicate appropriately with all casino customers, casino departments, and fellow team members.
  • Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, demanding environment under frequent time pressures

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
  • Must be proficient working with computers and Microsoft office
  • Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
