About the Position...
The Cash Management Support Specialist (CMSS) is an onsite position and does not have remote opportunities.
The Cash Management Support Specialist (CMSS) will assist clients, including in person, over the telephone, as well as virtually, with a variety of online banking, e-banking and cash management requests. The CMSS is responsible for assisting new and existing clients with establishing and troubleshooting various cash management products and services including, but not limited to, online banking services, remote deposit capture, positive pay and ACH services in a prompt, courteous, efficient and professional manner. This may include visiting existing clients at their place of business to assist with installations and set-ups for services. The CMSS will assist and support with training clients so they know all the features and functionality of our cash management and electronic banking services and can perform all the duties and responsibilities associated with those services. This position will be responsible for ensuring that all effective cross-selling techniques are applied to every client interaction. The CMSS may be required to support branch related tasks associated with dual control and other related tasks to support branch coverage. The CMSS will also support the Electronic Banking and Systems Manager and Deposit Service - Team Lead with other projects and duties as assigned. The CMSS performs all duties accurately, timely and efficiently, and according to Bank policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.

You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a team environment. You also have the following:
Education/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent.
Required Knowledge: Knowledge of cash management products and services, as well as banking and deposit operations and procedures.
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years' related experience in the financial services industry.
