Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How you'll make an impact
  • Analyze accounts receivable balances and aging reports to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor overdue invoices and support initiatives that improve collection performance.
  • Investigate billing disputes, deductions, unapplied cash, and account discrepancies.
  • Prepare insightful reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators for leadership.
  • Evaluate Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and recommend strategies to improve cash collections.
  • Partner with treasury and finance teams to strengthen cash flow forecasting and working capital performance.
  • Support month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and audit requirements.
  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and ERP enhancement projects.

Your background
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounts receivable, credit management, or related finance functions.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, working capital management, and credit risk assessment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
  • Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
