Job description


  • Manage and process vendor invoices

  • Manage the wrap process for shoots, including reviewing and submitting expenses/invoices, collecting inventories and hard drives, and completing outstanding shoot-related tasks

  • Assist with setting up and wrapping crew payroll

  • Liaise between freelance production teams and Netflix

  • Assist with booking crew and renting equipment as needed

  • Assist with managing, processing, and wrapping petty cash

  • Assist with setting meetings with internal and external partners

  • Support budget tracking by reviewing and allocating expenses to appropriate cross-functional cost centers


Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience working as a production coordinator (or similar) across commercials, TV, Films, or marketing, either as a freelancer or on staff at a studio, production company or agency

  • Technical proficiency and ability to quickly learn software tools

  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to create a strong positive team environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Team player with willingness to jump in

  • Comfortable with a fast pace and constant change

  • Highly organized

  • Quick thinker

  • Responsible and able to manage yourself and your tasks to stay on track

  • Detail-oriented

  • Experience in project and data management is highly desired
