Job Description
The Case Worker will provide direct client support through intake, eligibility determination, assessments, referrals, advocacy, and general case management services. This role will work with diverse populations, including individuals and families experiencing crisis, while providing compassionate and professional support. The Case Worker will maintain accurate client records, enter information into ETO and other databases, and assist with program reporting and outcome tracking. This position will also provide direct services to food pantry clients and collaborate with community organizations to coordinate resources.

Responsibilities:
· Conduct client intakes, eligibility determinations, assessments, referrals, advocacy, and case monitoring.
· Maintain accurate and timely client documentation, case notes, databases, and files while protecting confidentiality.
· Provide direct services and support to food pantry clients, volunteers, and visitors.
· Collaborate with social service agencies and community partners to coordinate client services and resources.
· Assist with program reporting, community events, agency projects, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED required.
· Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a social service agency.
· Bilingual English/Spanish required.
· Valid Texas Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and valid vehicle insurance required.
· Strong interviewing, communication, organizational, and case management skills with the ability to work compassionately with diverse populations in crisis.
