This position will assist attorneys to help steer the delivery of legal services with the use of technical skills and manage workflow processes. Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring asbestos filings and ongoing management of the electronic filings in firm Access database
  • Coordinate deposition calendar across the team
  • Typing, producing, editing, and proofreading various legal documents and correspondence
  • Overall assistance with asbestos processes and various other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualified Applicants Will Have:

  • 1+ years legal/law firm experience working in litigation, required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Adobe, required
  • Experience with Access is required
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, proofreading, and customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
