Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description

In this role, you will partner with business and HR leaders to provide technical expertise, solutions, and support in Talent Acquisition to attract, develop, and retain the right workforce to deliver business strategies. You will support the development of expert services within the Country/Hub and implement strategies to overcome talent challenges.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Conduct searches within internal and external talent pools to ensure career and development opportunities.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) using Workday.
- Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience from application to onboarding.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree with at least 5 years of professional Talent Acquisition experience in a global organization or an RPO company.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting including job brief, sourcing/marketing plan development, candidate outreach, and offer closure.
- Experience with Workday is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success with various recruiting strategies and techniques, including digital and social media use.
- Strategic mindset with a thorough understanding of business drivers and trends in Talent Acquisition and Advancement within the US.
- Experience working across cultures and with multi-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to network with and influence Business and HR leaders globally.
- Exceptional communication skills and strong customer service orientation with proven consulting and influencing skills.
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a high-performing global organization or RPO company.
- Ability to work autonomously in a location while being part of a regional cluster.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based in our Cary, NC office, allowing for a balance of remote work and in-office collaboration. The work environment is dynamic and part of a complex global organization, requiring collaboration across various teams and functions.

This is a Contract position based out of Cary, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.
