Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, internet leads, referrals, and networking
  • Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Quote and sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance products
  • Follow structured sales processes and daily activity expectations
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
  • Cross-sell and round out household accounts
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Work closely with agency leadership to develop sales and business skills
  • Provide professional and consultative customer experiences
