What is a cart manager?

Cart Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and organization of carts, typically in settings like golf courses, airports, or grocery stores. They manage teams who handle the distribution, collection, and upkeep of carts to ensure they are available and functioning for customers.
