What You'll Do:
  • Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
  • Hire, train, and mentor onsite property team members to ensure excellence in every aspect of property operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet occupancy goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with residents by addressing concerns and fostering a positive community environment.

  • Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred.

  • You're a people person with excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with residents and staff alike.
  • You're comfortable managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and spotting opportunities for growth.
  • You're tech-savvy and confident using property management software (OneSite) and Microsoft Office tools.
