Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Carpenter with a minimum of 4 years of experience in carpentry and woodwork. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a high work ethic, and the ability to perform a variety of construction tasks, including repair and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures. This position requires the ability to read blueprints, assess material quality, and work with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform skilled carpentry tasks, including the repair and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other building fixtures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and execute jobs according to the plan.
  • Assess and ensure the quality of woodwork and materials used on each project.
  • Operate tools, machines, and other equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Solve problems as they arise during construction, maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure project completion on time and within scope.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Update job progress through business communication application.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a professional carpenter.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Experience with installing and repairing doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
  • Ability to operate a variety of tools and machinery related to carpentry work.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Work Schedule:
  • Normal office hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Must be available for emergency services work on a rotating on-call schedule, including nights and weekends, as needed.
