CRNA Position at Raleigh Orthopedic Surgery Center

A premier opportunity for a CRNA position in historic Raleigh, North Carolina at Raleigh Orthopedic Surgery Center (ROSC). Increased compensation and sign on incentives just announced!

The Raleigh Orthopedic Surgery Center is located on the ground floor of the four-story Raleigh Orthopedic Clinic office building located at 3001 Edwards Mill Road, between Duraleigh Road and Wade Avenue in Raleigh, North Carolina. The Raleigh Orthopedic Surgery Center is the largest, most modern outpatient orthopedic facility in Eastern North Carolina. The Raleigh Orthopedic Surgery Center (ROSC) is home to the oldest orthopedic practice in Raleigh. Our surgeons and the center's team are elite. We proudly provide care for our community, the Carolina Hurricanes, NC State, and Shaw University athletic teams. Raleigh Orthopedic is committed to being the orthopedic provider of choice for our community by providing high quality personalized care to our patients through the experience and dedication of our physicians and staff. Raleigh Orthopedic hosts seven operating spaces. There is a strong focus on sports medicine and total joints in addition to hand/wrist and foot/ankle. The Raleigh Orthopedic Surgery Center is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) and uses the most modern surgical equipment to provide our patients high quality, personalized care from start to finish in a cost-effective manner.

Case assignments include sports medicine, total joints (hips, knees, shoulders), foot/ankle/hand/wrist/elbow cases, small back cases, and occasional pediatrics. Shifts are flexible options Monday-Friday. No holidays, nights, or weekends!

Team leadership includes Casey Beddingfield, Chief CRNA. Team highlights include a highly experienced and effective team that works in a fast paced and efficient environment. Regional anesthesia is frequently used and provided by our anesthesiologist staff. Our anesthesia group ranks highest in patient satisfaction and surgeon satisfaction.

Requirements include pre-anesthesia assessment, obtaining and/or verifying patient consent, discussing anesthetic options and risks with the patient, induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia, monitoring of the patient's physiological condition, and performance of clinical intervention as needed. Requirements include a current license as a registered professional nurse, graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education, and certification or recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Raleigh, NC is located in the center of the state, close to Cary, Durham, and Chapel Hill, NC and is part of the "Triangle." It is just ten minutes away from a world-class international airport with direct flights to London and Paris, offering great shopping, dining, entertainment, breweries, food halls, etc. It is also only a two-hour drive to the beach and a three-hour drive to the mountains. With a great school system and close to highly rated universities such as NC State, UNC Chapel Hill, and Duke University, the area is ideal for raising a family.

Area attractions include PNC Arena featuring National Hockey League's Carolina Hurricanes games, seven nature preserves, Walnut Creek Amphitheatre, North Carolina Museum of Art, and schools and colleges such as Duke University, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, North Carolina State University, Wake County Public School System, Chesterbrook Academy Elementary School, The Raleigh School, Atlas International School, Trinity Academy, Saint Mary's School, Wake Christian Academy.
