We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects from procurement to closeout. This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented, results-driven professional to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring schedule adherence and budget control
  • Coordinate with Pre-Construction during handoffs, evaluate scopes, and manage the buyout process
  • Develop and maintain detailed CPM schedules, identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks
  • Monitor financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage change orders
  • Allocate resources effectively and implement proactive risk management strategies
  • Maintain quality control in coordination with Field Operations/Superintendents
  • Build and nurture relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and project stakeholders
  • Conduct regular OAC meetings and provide comprehensive progress reporting
  • Document and organize all project information while maintaining clear communication channels
  • Champion safety culture and ensure compliance across all project sites
  • Provide leadership to team members and continuously pursue professional development

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, or related field with 5-10 years of Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated success managing commercial construction projects
  • Proven track record managing multiple construction projects, budgets, and schedules simultaneously
  • Experience with complex project types requiring specialized knowledge of codes, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Proficient in construction software (Procore, Microsoft Project, Building Connected)
