We are seeking candidates in Nashville or Tampa to work a hybrid schedule in either office location. Remote candidates will not be considered.

Summary of the Project Manager

The Project Manager will be applying company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. They will determine a course of action based on guidelines and modify processes and methods as required. They should have a basic knowledge of task management and project management concepts to apply this knowledge and basic problem-solving techniques to define and resolve problems. Responsibilities for the Project Manager

  • Manages full implementation project life cycle from kick-off preparation through implementation completion and transition to support for small to mid-range projects
  • Manages customer relationships and expectations through regular touchpoints, distribution of status briefings and onsite meetings
  • Interfaces with customer staff across levels and departments throughout project lifecycle
  • Influences customer attitudes, behaviors, and intentions throughout every phase of the implementation process, ensuring alignment, adoption, and long-term success
  • Ensures that all projects are executed properly maintaining customer satisfaction, along with attaining desired outcomes in cost, quality and delivery timeframes
  • Tracks project timelines updating the team with status reports in order to meet and exceed projected metrics
  • Works with management to determine resource management, project plans, and risk assessment in order to keep the customers on target
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues in order to optimize results while minimizing project costs
  • Partners with diverse departments such as Sales, Product, Sate reporting, and RCMS to drive alignment, streamline workflows, and achieve shared project goals
  • Builds productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions
  • Focuses on providing standard professional advice and creates initial reports/analyzes for review by experienced team professionals

Qualifications of the Project Manager

  • Bachelor's degree (additional equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
  • 5 years' experience in project management or a related role; behavioral health experience preferred
  • PMP preferred

  • Ability to manage multiple customer projects working with differing timelines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Expertise in organization and multitasking
  • Able to juggle multiple projects at once with little to no direction
  • Use a consultative approach with clients and adapt communication style to the audience
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
