Job description

Do you enjoy helping people discover new technologies and guiding their purchase decisions?  In this position, you’ll showcase and sell computing devices powered by Snapdragon processors at your assigned retail location. You should be quick to learn new tech products, have strong retail sales instincts, and feel confident engaging with both customers and retail sales associates. Join our team and help bring innovative technology to life! 

This is a full-time opportunity working a 40-hour weekly schedule, Tuesday–Saturday, with store visits typically occurring between 11 AM and 7 PM. Weekly in-store work time is expected to be no less than 32 hours and no more than 40 hours.

  • Establish and build retailer relationships on behalf of the client to help drive sales
  • Travel within the assigned market to visit all stores in the territory according to the designated frequency
  • Travel outside of the assigned market for client and partner events/trainings
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations for consumers, typically within standard working hours but occasionally outside of them
  • Provide ongoing formal and informal training to store associates
  • Maintain product displays and functionality, ensuring the product is represented correctly
  • Complete and maintain mandatory certification for our partners' Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure authorized transaction capabilities
  • Utilize our partners' Point of Sale system to independently process and finalize consumer transactions and service activations
  • Manage and achieve specific revenue targets and sales KPIs through diligent use of the assigned POS platform
  • Complete all administrative duties and reporting, including competitive information and visit data
  • Visit each assigned store location no less than twice per calendar month
  • Schedule all store visits in our proprietary app by the required deadlines
  • Maintain professional appearance in the Snapdragon uniform and participate on-camera for all mandatory weekly rally calls
  • Other tasks as requested by management

Experience and Education: 

  • 2+ years of related product experience 
  • 2+ years of retail/sales experience  
  • High School Diploma or equivalent 

Skills and Attributes:  

  • Proficient in navigating retail software environments and a commitment to maintaining technical POS certifications
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed individual sales and revenue targets within a high-volume retail setting
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial transactions and customer data
  • Previous experience in a field sales/retail environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation skills 
  • Ability to travel within a designated market 
  • Ability to drive on behalf of the company in compliance with company guidelines with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
