Job Description Business Development Miami Market Manager - Commercial Staffing Industry Client is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Market Development Manager to lead and grow our presence throughout Dade County. This role is ideal for someone who understands the staffing landscape, excels in territory management, and can build strong client partnerships while ensuring market coverage and strategic growth. You will be responsible for expanding our Broward footprint, maintaining territory integrity, and driving overall market performance.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in staffing, talent acquisition, sales, or territory management Key Responsibilities: * Market & Territory Development * Own and strategically manage the Miami territory to ensure optimal coverage and avoid overlap * Identify high-potential geographic and industry pockets within the County and build targeted expansion plans * Conduct ongoing market research to understand trends, competition, and client needs Business Development & Client Growth * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients * Conduct F2F visits, capability presentations, lead generation * Develop customized staffing solutions aligned with market demands. * Partner closely with internal recruiting teams to ensure fulfillment success. * Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all activity in our CRM/ATS (Avionte).

Performance Monitoring * Track weekly KPIs including jobs, new logos, margins, fill ratios, etc. * Analyze data, implement adjustments to improve territory performance, client retention, and overall revenue. Leadership, Representation & Collaboration * Serve as the Dade market's lead representative at client meetings, walk-throughs, orientations, and hiring events.

* Partner with branch leadership on forecasting, expansion plans, and territory adjustments. * Support cross-functional initiatives while upholding territory boundaries and accountability. Client is a long-standing, reputable South Florida staffing firm known for service excellence and hands-on partnership.
