Job Description
We're looking for a highly motivated professional to help guide prospective franchise owners through the financing and funding process. In this role, you'll serve as the bridge between our franchise sales team, lending partners, and candidates-helping turn interest into approved, funded deals.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship management, deal coordination, and working across teams to make things happen-not sitting behind a spreadsheet all day.
  • Partner closely with our franchise sales team to support candidates through financing
  • Help evaluate prospects and guide them on funding readiness and options
  • Manage relationships with a network of banks, SBA lenders, and funding partners
  • Coordinate the handoff from candidate interest โ†’ prequalification โ†’ funding approval
  • Track deal progress and remove roadblocks to keep deals moving
  • Provide clear, confident guidance to candidates during the funding process
  • Help strengthen and expand our lender/referral network over time

Qualifications
This is a high-impact role where your success is directly visible in the growth of our brands. You aren't just crunching numbers; you are the primary catalyst that turns a candidate's dream of business ownership into a reality.
  • 3-7 years of experience in one or more of the following:
    • Lending, banking, or SBA-related roles
