Home Health Aide (HHA) - Boca Raton, FL

At Care Connect at Home, we provide compassionate, personalized home care services that help seniors and those in need live with dignity and independence in the comfort of their own home.

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable, compassionate HHAs or CNAs to join our team at Care Connect at Home, a family-owned home care agency serving seniors and adults who need extra support to remain safe and comfortable at home. If you enjoy helping others and want a schedule that works for you, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

  • Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Meal prep and feeding assistance

  • Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)

  • Follow personalized care plans

  • Report any changes in condition to our team

Requirements:

  • Florida HHA certificate or CNA license

  • CPR certification

  • Current TB test

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Hoyer Lift Experience* (optional)

  • Ability to pass a Level II background check

  • Dependable, compassionate, and professional
