Job description

What Product Support/Repair-Field and Depot contributes to Cardinal Health

Customer Service, Technical is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing customer business through effective implementation and/or support of Cardinal Health's products and services.

Product Support/Repair-Field and Depot is responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, diagnosing, analyzing and/or repairing products.

Accountabilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and analyze technical issues within laboratory equipment.
  • Oversee the validation of laboratory equipment and the implementation of new testing protocols.
  • Utilize EP Evaluator software to generate comprehensive performance reports.
  • Facilitate customer training sessions on laboratory equipment operation and daily maintenance.
  • ·Conduct periodic client site visits to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage FSL (Field Service Logistics) documentation and maintain accurate electronic records.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in medical Technologist is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years previous experience is required; lab equipment validation is highly preferred.
  • Strong technical orientation and experience supporting proprietary and standard applications. Have the ability to troubleshoot problems in a logical manner.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at a time, prioritize as necessary so that all clients receive the highest level of customer service.
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge Intermediate Level is required for this role (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
  • Must have clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must demonstrate strong leadership skills.
  • Knowledge in software and computer equipment configuration is preferred.
  • Availability to travel within Puerto Rico territory a 100% of the time is required. Availability to travel to USVI, as assigned.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish verbal and written is required.  
  • Active Puerto Rico Driver License is required for this role.
