Job description

Location: 820 Garrett Drive Bossier City, LA 71111


Summary:

Responsible for card operation and ensures that established policies and procedures are followed. Assist Card Services staff/team with balancing duties, and various card processing functions as required. This is a high contact position that requires the ability to deal effectively with members by telephone, in writing and through digital channels. Identify improvements within the department to create better experiences for members and employees. Professionally establish and uphold communication with vendors. Act as a liaison between Card Services representatives and Manager to keep everyone informed, and handle member complaint phone calls when members are requesting supervisory assistance from employees.


Job Requirements:

  • One to two years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of Card Processing procedures and requirements.
  • Well organized and strong math skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and public relations skills.
