As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with any project work as assigned by the Program manager. Core responsibilities include:
  • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements as appropriate.
  • DevelopeLearning courses and facilitate trainings.
  • Drive development andimplementation of prioritized projects - engage teams and inspire changemanagement.
  • Drive continuous process/systemimprovements - find opportunities, initiate root cause analysis and ordrive capability building and implementation/adoption.
  • Provide subject matter expertiseto deliver innovative solutions and, where relevant, initiative, drive andimplement solutions.
  • Drive project plan development,and delivery of project deliverables.
  • Maintain webpages by adding and removing information, creating and updating calendar of events or facilitating requests from employees to be added to webpages.
