Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Media Traffic Lead to manage asset delivery workflows across client platforms and within the content optimization team. This role is essential for managing data integrity across tools such as Media Central, Quip, Airtable, and a large Excel-based tracker ("Mission Control"). You will help ensure timely, accurate updates to delivery logs, maintain consistent naming conventions, and coordinate asset readiness across teams. This is a tactical, execution-focused role suited for someone with strong data entry skills, Excel experience, and a meticulous eye for detail.
You will collaborate across multiple teams-including account management, creative, post-production, and media-to ensure seamless asset delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for identifying and escalating issues, while owning the centralized media taxonomy and delivery platform. Fully integrate into each team you support, developing a deep understanding of both the brands and the people behind them.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with PMs, Eps, account teams, and media company for deliverable specs, deadlines, and naming conventions.
Understanding of media platform specifics and testing strategies.
Upload and cross-check asset URLs from iconik into Media Central or other platform.
Update client documents (e.g., Quip or Airtable) with accurate links.
Track deliveries in Excel Mission Control, ensuring consistency with Lucid folders.
Apply standardized naming conventions using tools or guides provided.
Enter and maintain copy and YouTube links for client content.
Coordinate and QC data across various tabs and sub-themes within Mission Control.
Liaise with PMs and Producers to resolve missing assets or naming errors.
Manager and oversee the Mission Control document or platform to adhere to streamlined delivery.
Communicate with stakeholders (e.g., Carat and Dentsu) to request or update line items.
Support data hygiene, dropdown functionality, and taxonomy within Excel sheets.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
5+ year in a production support, coordination, trafficking, or admin role at a media company
Experience with creative optimization and media testing.
Advanced Excel skills, including filters, formulas, and data validation.
Ability to focus on detail-heavy tasks with minimal supervision.
Tech-savvy and understanding of AI and content optimization technologies
Eligible for a background check (required to access client systems).
Based in a location where shipping a client-issued Mac device is feasible.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
