We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable New Car Sales Associate to join our sales team. **Job Summary:**
The New Car Sales Associate will be responsible for facilitating the sale of new vehicles to individual customers. This role involves providing excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership and establish rapport to build lasting relationships.
- Understand and assess customer needs to recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Provide complete product knowledge on new cars, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers.
