Are you friendly, dependable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service? We are looking for a Car Rental Agent to join our team at St. George Regional Airport. In this role, you'll help travelers get on the road by delivering outstanding service from reservation to vehicle return.

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Assist customers with rental reservations, vehicle selection, and rental agreements.
- Verify driver's licenses, insurance information, and rental qualifications.
- Explain rental terms, optional products, and company policies.
- Process payments, contracts, and vehicle returns accurately.
- Coordinate vehicle availability with the operations team.
- Answer customer questions by phone and in person.
- Maintain accurate records using computer systems.
- Help ensure vehicles are clean, detailed, and ready and available for customers.
- Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Requirements
- Must work weekends.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening (where permitted by law).
