About the Company
We're a window treatment firm that takes pride in delivering high-quality products and exceptional installation experiences. Our team values professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement, and we're looking for someone who shares those values.

We are hiring a Design Sales Consultant who leads with relationships and thrives on solving problems. This is a consultative, in-home sales role that blends showroom appointments, field visits, and account management. The right person is a competitive go-getter who understands that a premium sale is a longer, relationship-driven process, often built over several conversations before ever meeting the client in person. You will guide clients from their first showroom appointment through final measurement, installation walk-through, and follow-up.

What you Get:
  • Base salary + commission (total earnings of $75,000+ achievable in year one).

  • 6 paid holidays, plus additional time off around Christmas and Black Friday.

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
    • Client appointments typically between 9:30 AM and 3:00 PM

What You Will Do
  • Build relationships early, often through two to three conversations before the first in-person meeting
  • Generate leads and new business through prospecting and networking efforts
  • Take precise in-home measurements to guarantee a flawless fit for each client's window treatment.
  • Deliver a concierge-level experience from first consultation to installation walk-through.
  • Place orders accurately, collaborate with internal team members to ensure order precision, and follow up post-installation to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Leverage qualified inbound company leads to convert opportunities into successful sales.
  • Generate new sales leads and build your own pipeline of business.
  • Maintain detailed notes and customer information in our CRM system.
  • Represent our brand with professionalism, always polished, poised, and customer-first.

What We Are Looking For
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in-home, consultative, or design-related sales
  • Luxury or high-end sales background, or experience in a similar or transferable industry
  • A consultative, intent listener who sells by solving problems, not by pushing product
  • Competitive, self-motivated go-getter comfortable generating business independently
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills across calls, email and in person
  • Account management mindset with a genuine sales drive
  • Comfortable with technology, including Google Drive, Apple products (iPad, cell phone), and quoting apps
  • Basic CRM knowledge and comfort with a paperless workflow
  • Interest in or ability to learn AI tools for design mockups (tech-savvy or teachable)
  • Understands and is patient with a longer, relationship-driven sales cycles

Physical Requirements
  • Able to measure spaces and lift and carry sample books, 30-40lbs
  • Able to stand, walk, or drive for extended periods of time
