Who We NeedThe Capture Manager is a senior leader responsible for shaping, driving, and winning strategic business opportunities across Sabel Systems’ federal and defense portfolios. This role leads the full capture lifecycle from early pipeline identification through proposal submission. This person ensures competitive positioning, customer engagement, solution development, pricing strategy, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate brings a proven record of winning complex engineering contracts, strong customer relationships, and the ability to guide teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
