Job description

ASRC Federal is launching a new, fast-moving capture team focused on task order growth and direct awards. Weโ€™re looking for a tactical, process-driven Senior Capture Management Analyst who thrives on quick turns, smart execution, and turning opportunities into wins.

Summary: This role supports capture efforts across multiple ASRC Federal Operating Groups and plays a hands-on role in positioning and managing business opportunities from pursuit decision through contract award. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and doerโ€”comfortable leading pursuits, selling opportunities internally, and engaging with customers to shape winning outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads pursuits and helps to sell the opportunity internally, as well as positions with potential customers
  • Leads resources brought together from across the company to pursue an opportunity
  • Helps to develop capture strategies, analyze market trends that affect a pursuit, evaluate competitors, and helps develop pricing, teaming, and proposal strategies
  • Focuses on managing all activities in the capture lifecycle from pursuit decision through proposal submission
  • Manages the entire schedule and presents key milestones to senior leadership
  • Prepares interim reviews and work products
  • Maintains budget (plans vs. actuals) for the capture efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required
  • 5โ€“7 years of experience in capture management or a related field (e.g., business development, proposal management, account management, program management, or growth operations), or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven experience supporting or leading successful capture efforts
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and process-oriented skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, large corporate environment with competing priorities
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and help build processes for a growing capture organization
