Trifecta Services Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in the demolition and environmental industry. As one of the largest demolition contractors in North America, Trifecta continues to expand throughout NC/VA and is looking for motivated leaders who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading projects from initiation through completion while ensuring safety, quality, scheduling, and client satisfaction remain top priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily leadership, direction, and support to field supervision teams and subcontractors
  • Oversee multiple projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, and company quality standards
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project status, timelines, manpower, and operational needs at all times
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for future business
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors to ensure projects remain on track
  • Prepare and manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documents
  • Communicate project updates and progress effectively with management, clients, and field personnel
  • Work closely with clients to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
