Job Description
Capgemini is expanding its Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Data & Analytics footprint across North America. To accelerate this growth, we are seeking a GCP North America GTM Lead. This role focuses on strengthening our strategic partnership, driving market visibility, and expanding our GCP Data & Analytics offerings across banking, capital markets, and insurance clients.
The GCP North America GTM Lead is responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy that grows Capgemini's Data & Analytics business on Google Cloud across North America. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in data and analytics, strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of GCP capabilities, and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Alliance & Ecosystem Leadership
• Build strong, senior-level relationships across Google Cloud's North America organisation.
• Lead joint planning sessions and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
• Represent Capgemini in forums, partner councils, and key industry events.
GTM Strategy & Expansion
• Define the GTM strategy to scale Capgemini's GCP Data & Analytics portfolio.
• Identify high-value opportunities and use cases across financial services.
• Participate in and shape Google-Capgemini joint account planning workshops.
• Drive co-sell activities with Google and ensure coordinated execution.
Pipeline Development & Sales Support
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline for GCP Data & Analytics opportunities.
• Support deal qualification, solution shaping, proposal development, and customer presentations.
• Track and report pipeline progress against portfolio goals.
Internal Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with Insights & Data, Cloud, and Delivery leadership to strengthen GCP delivery capabilities.
• Promote internal awareness of GCP offerings and certifications.
• Work closely with solution architects to refine financial services solutions.
Financial Services & Technical Expertise
• Maintain strong domain knowledge across banking, capital markets, and insurance.
• Demonstrate understanding of GCP services including BigQuery, Looker, and Vertex AI.
Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, Cloud, or Technology Consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of GCP Data & Analytics capabilities and modern data architectures.
• Proven track record in alliance management, GTM leadership, or portfolio ownership.
• Demonstrated success driving pipeline and supporting cloud solution sales cycles.
• Excellent relationship-building and executive influencing skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working within the Google Cloud ecosystem.
• GCP certifications (e.g., Cloud Digital Leader, Data Engineer, Cloud Architect).
• Experience in banking, capital markets, or insurance.
• Experience in global consulting or systems integration environments.
• Understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, and cloud-native analytics platforms.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:99,712 - 168,716
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
