JOB DESCRIPTION
The Manager of Cybersecurity, Network and Infrastructure, under minimal supervision, is responsible for managing a team of engineers and analysts and is accountable for tactical high-level system administration, engineering, design, maintenance, optimization and security of the company's cybersecurity, network, and infrastructure (physical/virtual server and cloud) systems in support of business-critical enterprise applications. The Manager of Cybersecurity, Network and Infrastructure is responsible for assuring systems and network designs align with and contribute to the success of the business, while maintaining a high degree of security and compliance. The person in this role is accountable for change and release management for systems within the Cybersecurity, Network and Infrastructure product portfolio and will work cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors as needed to ensure the root cause of problems are identified and resolved quickly with minimal impact on the business.
"KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Evaluate current state technology stack, capabilities, and procedures to create a strategic plan for Cybersecurity, Network and Infrastructure using current and emerging technologies.
• Develop and manage a technical and strategic roadmap to evolve client's Cybersecurity, Network and Infrastructure capabilities, including but not limited to restaurants, corporate headquarters and data centers. Execute roadmap within required timelines and budget.
• Participate in financial planning activities and manage the budget for products and services within the Cybersecurity, Network and Infrastructure portfolio.
• Responsible for setting goals; accountable for achieving goals and defined KPIs and meeting deadlines.
• Implement and oversee backup solutions; evaluate and regularly test disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability. Leverage existing and new technologies to ensure high availability and/or recovery for critical systems.
• Provide direction and technical expertise to optimize the management and use of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) workplace solutions (Microsoft O365) and related supporting services (Intune, MECM, Azure AD, et al). Direct and adhere to appropriate SaaS administration best practices required for security and reliability.
• Implement and/or manage the processes and procedures to secure and support cloud-based identity provider solutions. Ensure the hardening of systems against unauthorized access and security breaches. Implement security policies in line with company and industry best practices.
• Provide technical knowledge and direction to business partners, to ensure that new technologies are securely integrated with modern identity standards.
• Translate business requirements into network, infrastructure and/or security designs for the enterprise. Drive projects to improve/upgrade client's server and network infrastructure, including evaluating new software and hardware required to meet business needs or improve cost effectiveness. Recommend hardware, software, cloud solutions and architecture as appropriate.
• Work with internal teams and vendors to optimize security posture for the brand. Specifically, end point, servers and cloud environments; with an eye toward emerging threats and the technologies required to combat them. Develop and adhere to corporate security compliance policies. Manage and lead PCI required activities to ensure ongoing compliance and assessment readiness.
• Lead complex projects and/or serve as the subject matter expert. Provide high level technical expertise and consultation to internal customers in evaluating, designing, and developing business applications requiring infrastructure resources.
• Ensure ongoing support, maintenance and reporting on the network and server infrastructure using a variety of scripts, endpoint and server management tools and processes. Design, implement and support the automation of server and network management.
• Identify new products to extend capabilities and meet new requirements when needed and reduce costs when possible. Manage vendor relationships and managed service providers ensuring they are meeting their contractual obligations.
• Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required, assigned and directed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a technical team for a minimum of 4 years.
• Proven experience managing strategy, budget, ITIL processes and ITSM framework within a technical organization.
• In-depth understanding of technology infrastructure and architecture (Cloud, Network, SaaS).
• Expertise in the areas of IT compliance and security best practices, Customer Privacy & Security, governance and risk management.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows OS, Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, MECM and related technologies.
• Proficiency in managing User Identity Management platforms and best practices.
• Ability to successfully deliver projects with excellent collaboration and discipline.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver operational excellence
• Leadership and Self-starter qualities. Willingness and ability to challenge the status quo, learn continuously, and apply expertise to deliver business value.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience with restaurant/retail brands is preferred.
• Experience with a multi-branded organization or franchised organization is a plus.
• Certified in one of more - CISA, ITIL Foundation, CCNA, PMP, CSPO preferred.
• Certifications in Microsoft technologies like MCSE or equivalent are a plus.
• Proven experience with Meraki network and Cisco Umbrella is preferred.
• Experience with Okta and BetterCloud are a plus.
• Knowledge of Automox, SentinelOne, Zscaler and CyberArk are beneficial.
