We are a clinician run pediatric group with several locations in Fayetteville. Each of our clinics is managed by lead therapists that help to create a low-pressure environment where the employees thrive. They ensure that employees have the tools they need to do their job and grow in their professional skills. Raintree EMR is a state-of-the-art practice management, scheduling, billing, and documentation system. We make sure you are trained well on the software during your orientation week. Raintree offers a mobile schedule for therapists to view on their phone while traveling to do patient care. Therapists even opt to use a company issued iPad to take data during sessions.

Microsoft Office 365: We use HIPAA-compliant Office 365 for Email, Skype, Collaboration, SharePoint, Calendaring, and more! This allows us to more effectively share files, documents, and overall, more effective collaboration between therapist, staff, and the multiple locations. We also use Mobile apps to access documents and databases to allow our traveling therapist access remotely!

Paychex Payroll: Therapy Playground uses Paychex for HR administration, timekeeping and benefits enrollment.

Schedule Flexibility: You create whatever schedule works for you. Whether you work 2 hours or 40, we value your contribution to the Therapy Playground team. Therapy Playground provides you with the patients and you provide us with your clinical expertise!

Mentoring: We pair every new employee with a mentor that can answer work related and professional development questions. We make sure new hires have a paid hour a week of dedicated time with their mentor outside of patient care. We also hold discipline meetings and lunch and learns to help therapists learn as much as possible from the experiences of their coworkers.

We do not use โ€œcookie-cutterโ€ treatments for our patients but individualize each treatment plan for the child and their family. We are currently involved in COLORS, the Cumberland County interagency council for children. We also participate in a variety of health fairs and expos each year. Therapy Playground also partners with the Cape Fear Botanical Gardens to develop sensory friendly programming. Therapists never lack patients to treat, unless they have decided to cut back on their workload.

Mileage: Monthly work-related mileage reimbursement tracked by Paychex for fewer errors.

Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Physical therapy assistant license: North Carolina license required or must be eligible for license.
