We are seeking a dynamic and motivated General Manager who is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations. The GM's primary goals are to control operating costs, execute company policies and procedures, and cultivate a fun and productive work environment for all employees. The GM will lead his/her management team and maintain an exceptionally clean and well-run restaurant while providing an excellent customer experience for all of our guests.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations to ensure maximized efficiency and communication across all departments
Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, inventory control, and financial oversight
Develop complete competency at each position at the store and work positions as needed
Work with management team to meet sales goals
Manage food and labor costs
Execute company policies and procedures
Recruit, hire, train and develop a team of managers, cashiers, cooks and other support staff
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for both staff and guests
Monitor customer feedback and reviews, taking necessary steps to address service quality and address any recurring issues
Analyze financial metrics to make operational decisions focused on improvement and implement appropriate strategies
Monitor and control food and labor costs, inventory levels and waste to maximize profitability
Engage with local community, build relationships & explore opportunities for partnerships
Support Director of Operations in effectively communicating issues, concerns, and special needs/projects related to the day-to-day business of the store
Ensure fast, accurate, high quality customer service to every guest
Demonstrate excellent teamwork

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
Motivational leader who can inspire a team and cultivate a positive culture
Knowledge of business operations including budgets, inventory, ordering, scheduling, etc
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting and profit optimization
Entrepreneurial attitude and mindset
ServSafe Food Safety Certification
Coachable and open to critical feedback
At least 18 years old, able to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time
