Job Summary:

TCC Materials is a leading manufacturer of architectural and concrete specialty products, which include concrete masonry block, concrete repair products, precast, architectural stone, mortars and grout, and hardscape landscaping products. What You'll Do:

Actively support the TCC Materials Operations Group in the daily supply chain and operations focused business activities:

  • Inventory analysis and optimization at all plant locations.

  • Sales order fulfillment and supply. Coordinate supply plan and provide insight on plant location capabilities to meet customer requirements while driving operational goals and business metrics.

  • Cross functional collaboration to align business objectives and optimize performance.

  • Communication and interaction with plant locations to align production requirements and scheduling.

  • Data accuracy. Ensure system data is accurately updated and maintained to ensure planning parameters and data are reliable. Validate purchase order and sales order dating.

  • Support plant sourcing operations through the procurement of packaging and raw materials.

  • Assist in demand planning and forecasting process to provide data and guidance to plants for production scheduling and inventory levels.

The primary emphasis of this role involves cross functional collaboration and communication to drive efficiencies and provide world class customer service. Additionally, supporting the businesses end to end supply chain and operations through collaboration across the organization to drive continuous improvement of operational processes and organizational efficiencies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement of packaging and raw materials to support plant operations.

  • Assisting with demand planning intigration for TCC and guide all plant locations on implementation and utilization of processes to meet customer expectations while driving efficiencies in production, inventory and cost.

  • Inventory validation and management. Provide analysis and work with plant locations to ensure inventory levels are accurate and transactions are performed timely and appropriately. Assist in cycle counting and year-end inventory processes where needed to drive inventory accuracy company wide.

  • Logistics and customer sales order support. Work closely with sales, customer service, plant support and dispatch teams to manage customer sales order fulfillment. Analyze customer order demand, plant inventories and capacities and provide insight and recommendations that will meet customer requirements in a manner that best aligns with the business goals and objectives.

  • Drive supply chain and operational efficiencies related to inventory, customer order fulfillment, production planning, forecast accuracy and cost reduction through reporting and KPI attainment.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiencies.

  • Analytical Tools: Develop roadmap of analytical tools and capabilities that support decision making and what-if scenario-building.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in supply chain operations and escalate through appropriate channels to allow for the development of mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

  • Maintain effective working relationships with company employees, suppliers, and customers. Promote and maintain the professional image and reputation of the company and ensure timely problem resolution and customer satisfaction.

  • Perform all tasks with great attention to detail, proper formatting, and correct grammar.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned by TCC Materials Management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in: Supply Chain Management, Business, Accounting/Finance or related field.

  • 3+ years related experience in supply chain analyst or similar role.

  • Familiarity with a variety of manufacturing concepts, practices and procedures.

  • Experience with end-to-end supply chain planning tools including forecasting, supply/production planning, inventory optimization, capacity management and process solutions.

  • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills at both a strategic and functional level.

  • Working knowledge of financial and cost management.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances and the ability to reassess plans in the face of new information.

  • Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal/networking skills

  • Must be able to multi-task in an accurate and timely manner with superior time management skills.

  • Must be an effective problem solver - proactive approach to problem solving

  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, suppliers, and other employees of the organization.

  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office, ERP (NetSuite), Planning Tools (NetSuite), and analytical dashboards (Power BI). Working knowledge of PC Window's environment, computer literate with the ability to analyze and manage data.

Pay: $58,000-$64,000 Annually
