As a seasoned technical leader, you excel at transforming rigid ERP requirements into flexible, AI-enhanced systems while mentoring a multidisciplinary team of engineers.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 Years of experience in enterprise software development, with a focus on architecting and managing ERP business logic and financial modules.
  • ERP & Finance Systems: Expert knowledge of ERP system architectures, accounting workflows, and large-scale enterprise resource planning implementations.
  • Core Tech Stack: Proficient in C# and .NET Framework/Core, with extensive experience building robust, scalable back-end services for business-critical applications.
  • Database Mastery: Expert level proficiency in SQL Server, including complex query optimization, stored procedures, and managing legacy database schemas.
  • System Integration: Proven experience in API development, ETL processes, and ensuring data integrity across interconnected enterprise platforms.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality ERP enhancements and maintaining system stability.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
