Mayvin is seeking an experienced J8 Counter Proliferation Capability Development Integrator to support United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) at Fort Bragg, NC. The selected candidate will support the development, integration, and transition of Counter Proliferation (CP) and Counter-Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) capabilities by translating operational requirements into acquisition and capability development efforts. The role requires close collaboration with operational, technical, acquisition, and Joint stakeholders to deliver innovative capabilities supporting Special Operations Forces.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities
  • Integrate Counter Proliferation capability requirements across USSOCOM, Joint, and interagency stakeholders, identifying operational capability gaps and developing materiel and non-materiel solutions
  • Support capability development through the Adaptive Acquisition Framework, DoW 5000, and JCIDS processes, including development of DOTMLPF-P recommendations, acquisition strategies, and capability documentation
  • Facilitate Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), technical reviews, senior leader engagements, and the development of executive briefings, white papers, staffing packages, and technical analyses
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, support experimentation and operational assessments, and transition validated capabilities into acquisition and fielding
  • Support capability portfolio management, PPBE planning, investment prioritization, and lifecycle oversight of cost, schedule, performance, and program risk
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (additional relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree)
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in DoW capability development, acquisition, requirements, systems engineering, or related defense programs
  • Experience supporting USSOCOM, the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, or other DoW organizations with knowledge of JCIDS, the Adaptive Acquisition Framework, DoW 5000 Series, and PPBE processes
  • Demonstrated analytical, problemโ€‘solving, written, verbal communication, and executive briefing skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting USSOCOM J8, SOF capability development, and/or rapid acquisition and technology transition efforts
  • Knowledge of Counter Proliferation, Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and/or Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRNE) mission areas
  • DAWIA certification, PMP, or equivalent acquisition, program management, or technical credentials
