Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Senior Industrial Branch Manager in our Geismar, LA location. This location sells Industrial process piping solutions including traditional pipe, valves, and fittings with a strong emphasis on engineered products and HDPE. Capabilities facility with valve & automation, Rx lined pipe.

Role Overview

As the Senior Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team to become the "Best Local Supply House" by aligning sales strategy with customer experience and fostering strong local relationships. You will ensure sales goals are met, drive customer satisfaction, develop associates, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment. Through effective leadership, you will cultivate a positive culture and steer the branch toward growth and market leadership.

Position Details
  • Reports to the General Manager

  • Direct oversight of approximately 50 associates

  • Market Opportunity of $50M - $75M

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for "Own the Roof," 5 Daily Activities, P&L management, sales growth, customer service, and associate development.

  • Build customer relationships and own House Account customers.

  • Implement strategy at the local level.

  • Operational execution (pricing, inventory, logistics)

  • Supervise and empower all associates at their location (sales, operations, logistics associates) to champion a customer-first focus, accountability, and a high-performance culture that resonates with what we value.

  • Lead a First in Safety Culture adhering to HSE policies and encouraged behaviors.

Qualifications
  • 5 years of sales, management, and industry experience preferred.

  • Proven P&L Execution.

  • Outstanding Sales Leadership.
