We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the North America Operations (NA Ops) Capex, Analytics & Planning (CAP) Finance Team and lead the FP&A space for our Canada Customer Fulfillment (CACF) network

This is a highly visible role supporting several business and finance leaders (L8s/L10s) on goals, launching planning review mechanisms and building bottoms-up rolling 3YF financial models. The right candidate must have exceptional communication and analytical skills, have the ability to dive deep and succinctly communicate findings/ideas, as well as be able to navigate a dynamic and fast pace work environment.
As part of the FP&A org, you will join a team that is passionate about numbers, data, and how to use them to generate insights and improve our business. We support and influence the organization by providing a holistic and financial perspective, we are the trusted business advisors

We collaborate with our partners to ensure leaders have the most up to date and reliable information, and work with them to make sure we are making the best possible decisions.
Key job responsibilities
- Leading the planning cycles for a multi-billion dollar business.
- Deep-diving variances vs. plan to understand changes and uncover opportunities for efficiency improvement.
- Leading cross-functional projects involving finance and tech teams.
- Form strategic plans to improve processes, tools, and analytics. This involves ownership of project ideation, pilot implementation, stakeholder management, and ultimately expansion
- Leverage Operations metrics to identify cost out opportunities by linking up operations and financials
- Identifies risks, evaluates impact, proposes changes, and implements improvements to remediate gaps
- Drive automation and process improvement across planning, top-down forecasting and goal management processes.
