El Capitan Canyon, one of California's premier glamping destinations, is looking for an enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to be the friendly face that welcomes guests to their unforgettable outdoor escape.

Nestled between the Santa Ynez Mountains and the Pacific Ocean, our resort is just 15 minutes north of Santa Barbara and offers guests a unique blend of nature, comfort, and adventure. What You'll Do

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences by:

 Welcoming guests with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality
 Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
 Answering questions and providing local recommendations
 Assisting guests with reservations and future bookings
 Posting charges and processing guest transactions accurately
 Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care
 Communicating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless stay
 Answering phones and responding to guest inquiries
 Following resort policies, procedures, and safety standards
 Helping with other projects that contribute to an outstanding guest experience
