Join a Growing Industry with Long-Term Stability

Are you a seasoned Lead Journeyman or Lead Foreman looking for a new challenge? We're

seeking an experienced HVAC professional who is ready to transition from traditional commercial or

industrial HVAC into the rapidly growing cannabis manufacturing industry.

This is a unique opportunity to bring your expertise into a highly controlled environment where

HVAC performance directly impacts production quality. You'll work alongside our current HVAC

Technician, helping strengthen our in‑house maintenance team with the goal of reducing reliance

on outside HVAC contractors.

What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
  • Troubleshoot rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, exhaust systems, and humidity control equipment.
  • Assist with building automation and environmental control systems.
  • Partner with the existing HVAC Technician to build a strong in‑house HVAC program.
  • Train and mentor maintenance personnel.
  • Improve system efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • 7+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience.
  • Experience as a Lead Journeyman, Lead Foreman, or senior HVAC technician.
  • EPA Universal Certification required.
  • BAS experience preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.
