Summary The Vault Manager at Bud's Goods of New Jersey oversees and controls the inventory of bulk cannabis products, raw goods, and packaged goods, ensuring compliant receipt, storage, auditing, and movement of inventory within the facility. This role manages cannabis package tag adjustments, waste disposal procedures, and the preparation of bulk cannabis for sorting, quality control, and packaging, including verifying weight and creating necessary Metrc items and tags. The Vault Manager tracks and records weight changes due to processing loss, waste, moisture, or quality grade adjustments, such as shake collection, and oversees inventory received from licensed vendors to fulfill retail store needs, ensuring organized storage and accurate tracking. Responsible for the safety, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the vault and receiving areas, the Vault Manager conducts regular audits of cannabis, raw goods, and packaged products while maintaining compliance with company standards.
